On-the-Ground

(time and materials fee based services)

Our lighting designs, either with Clime5 LED lighting components or traditional bulb type fixtures can be installed by one of our trusted subcontractors ---or by the "DIY" approach with our guidance. Installations performed by subcontractor are reasonable in price and carry a one year warranty.

Maintenance and repair work is also provided by qualified subcontractors. Pricing for their services are determined on a case-by-case basis.

LED Lighting System Specifying - Sourcing - Custom Build

Our LED lighting system specifying services deliverables, whether searching through available LED solutions available in the marketplace, or just within our Clime5 LED line, they include:

Rational for why selected lighting is most appropriate for its application
Determination of which state and local codes are applicable to a project
Written specification whereby when matched will achieve project's illumination goals

At minimum, our LED lighting system specification reports include:

Expected MTBF --both in terms of light loss and physical failure
Expected rate of light depreciation
Expected color rendering index (CRI)
Expected color shift
Measured LUX produced
Ambient temperature and humidity operational range
Expected light distribution by selected lens
LED fixture's max current draw
LED fixture's circuit power factor
Safety standards test reports (e.g. IEC 60598-2-1)
