Since our company's history has to date involved projects throughout south Florida as well as two notable seaside homes in southern California , we have become specialized in services tailored to the needs of coastal located properties.

Coastal properties, not only require substantially more creative design due to their purpose and environment (e.g. dark sky, beaching sea turtles, etc.) in-order to achieve a "resort like feel", preventing the corrosive effects of saltwater becomes critical to ultimate longevity of the installed system.

With all of our designs, automation technology plays prominently: Digital timers, photocells (dusk-to-dawn) or full PC and smart phone control.
