down to the finely adjusted angle and beam width of each, the "look" achieved is never less than impressive.

Drawing from our experience on over 100 projects, visual impact is always coupled to system practicality, maintainability and the longest possible lifespans per a given setting and budget.

Our lighting designs, either with Clime5 LED lighting components or traditional bulb type fixtures can be installed by one of our trusted subcontractors ---or by the "DIY" approach with our guidance. Installations performed by subcontractor are reasonable in price and carry a one year warranty.

Maintenance and repair work is also provided by qualified subcontractors. Beyond standard fixes, pricing for specific services is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Our LED lighting system specifying services deliverables, whether searching through available LED solutions available in the marketplace, or just within our Clime5 LED line, they include:

• Rational for why selected lighting is most appropriate for its application

• Expected MTBF --both in terms of light loss and physical failure
• Expected rate of light depreciation

• Measured LUX produced
• Ambient temperature and humidity operational range
• Expected light distribution by selected lens
• LED fixture's max current draw
• LED fixture's circuit power factor
• Safety standards test reports (e.g. IEC 60598-2-1)
